Refund Policy –

The below mentioned documents shall be sent to BABALANDS office within three days of booked plot.

1. Original Application Form – Completely filled & duly signed by the Applicant

2. Self-attested PAN Card and Aadhar Card for Applicant, Co-Applicant and Nominee

3. Payment Gateway Slip or Cheque Copy or UTR No. or Transaction ID

4. Account Statement or Credit Card Statement from where Registration Amount is paid to the BABALANDS.

5. If Payment is made through Third Person on behalf of the applicant, then Third Party Declaration is required with Self Attested PAN Card and Aadhar Card of the Third Person and Cancelled Cheque copy of 1st Applicant

7. Deduction charges 2% of total land cost applied for as an admin charges. The process of refund will be initiated once all the above mentioned documents are received by BABALANDS office within stipulated period of time. NO scan or PDF format will be accepted. After the completion of the above said compliance and receiving of the said document by the BABALANDS, refund will be credited in the same account within 10 working days.

For Booked Plot Applicants

The process of refund will be initiated once all the above mentioned documents are received by BABALANDS office within stipulated period of time. NO scan or PDF format will be accepted. After the completion of the above said compliance and receiving of the said document by the BABALANDS , refund will be credited in the same account within 90 working days. Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellation charges will be 12% of total cost of plot/farm/land booked before Agreement once Agreement made(agreement will be done once company received 25% of total cost of plot/farm/land) Cancellation not Allowed.

The intending Buyer has applied for the registration of the Plots/Farms with full knowledge and subjects to all laws, notifications and rules applicable to this area, which have been explained by the company and understood by the buyer.

The intending buyer has fully satisfied himself/herself about the interest and the title of the land. He/She understands all limitations and obligations in respect of it and does not have any objections.

In case where the plot is being put on hold via a token amount, the same shall not be refundable.

In case of delay in payment (Booking or further), the applicant (s) shall pay interest on the amount due @3% per month/booking rate will be charged at that time of registry and registry will be done only when the applicant clears all dues. The company have the right to effect suitable and necessary additions/alternations in the plan/layout/size/location. The area and measurement of the Plot/Farms may vary at the time of the possession. (Subject to approval of respective Govt. authority). The increase and decrease in size will affect the cost accordingly.

The company reserves its right to cancel the registration/allotment, modify & amend the conditions of cancellation at any given time. If the future payment delayed.

Allottee would be liable to bear all taxes/Stamp duty charges/ fees/ GST/ Service Tax/ other charges, as applicable.

The applicant(s) shall execute the standard Plot/Farms allotment & Buyer’s agreement as and when desired by the company on the company’s standard format as may be under Jurisdiction of UP only.

If payment done without completing registration form, no payment will be considered.

Any payment in the form of cheque/DD/Cash shall be deposited only in the Accounts division located in the company corporate office. The company is not liable for any payments made to an individual/group other than to your Assigned Accounts Officer (details mentioned in the Allotment Letter).
